2. Personal license
Portrait clients receive a personal license to print, share on social media and use images for non commercial purposes.
3. Commercial license
Brand, product and headshot packages include a commercial license for marketing, websites, ads and print. Resale of images or use in stock libraries is not permitted.
4. Editing by others
Please do not apply filters or edits to delivered images and credit them to us. Cropping for social media is fine.
5. Design ownership
Final logos and design files are owned by the client after full payment. Unused concepts remain with the studio.
6. Portfolio use
We may show images in our portfolio and marketing only with your consent. Images of minors are never used without written guardian consent.
