1. Agreement
By using this website or booking with Pudibund 19Hub Inc, you agree to these terms. A signed booking agreement may add project specific terms.
2. Services
We provide photography, studio rental, graphic design and image editing as described in your package or quote.
3. Booking and payment
A 30% retainer reserves your date. The balance is due before gallery or file delivery. See the booking policy.
4. Creative style
Clients book us for our artistic judgment. Shot selection, editing style and composition are at our discretion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Client materials
You confirm you have rights to any logos, images or content you provide for design work.
6. Studio rules
Studio renters are responsible for damage to equipment or backdrops during their booking and must leave the space as found.
7. Copyright
We retain copyright in images and design drafts. Clients receive the license described in our image licensing policy. Final logos are transferred to the client after full payment.
8. Limitation of liability
In the rare event that images are lost due to equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law, with venue in Medina County.
